MMR Survey for Parents/Carers of Children 5 and Under
As part of a campaign to improve uptake in MMR vaccination across our region, NHS England and NHS Improvement (North East and Yorkshire) have developed a survey to gain insight from parents and carers of children aged 5 and under, as to how much parents and carers feel they know about measles, mumps and rubella and the MMR vaccine, as well as to understand what barriers and enablers they may have to accessing the vaccine.
