Ways into Work Supported Employment Service
We are an award winning supported employment service providing support for people who have a disability, mental health or long term health condition. Currently we are working with about 600 people across Berkshire and Hampshire and 250 employers.
We follow the evidence based supported employment model to get people into work which involves getting to know our clients and their circle of support very well and putting together a development plan to move them closer to employment.
About 65% of the people we support are in employment which compares nationally to employment rates of about 30% for autistic people and less than 5% for people with a learning disability.
You can read more about how we support people on our website here and where our programmes are running and what eligibility applies (laid down by our funders).
