East West Organization

East West Organization offers a unique choice of holistic interventions for the prevention, treatment and recovery from addictions and attachments. The charity provide a range of educational and preventative services for children and adults including meditation and mindfulness practical workshops to help deal with relapsing conditions, such as stress, anxiety, anger, low self -esteem, pain and depression which can often lead to alcohol, illicit drug and medication dependency. We also provide individual and family counselling.

East West Organization has been providing workshops in Berkshire for over 15 years at a number of schools and community centres with very positive outcomes. We have worked with young people in both mainstream and specialist educational settings.
