Sport in Mind Reading - Tennis for Mental Wellbeing

Sport in Mind provide physical activity sessions for adults (18+) experiencing mental health conditions to promote mental wellbeing and enrich lives.

All our session are drop-in sessions and open to all abilities, with the aim of having fun, in a safe and supported environment. We will provide all the equipment so participants will just need to wear comfy clothes and it is free!

Meet outside the SportsPark Cafe at 2pm or meet at the green ane white Tennis Dome, located next to the outdoor tennis courts.
