These sessions aim to give anyone new to and curious about mindfulness an introduction. Or for those wishing to take some time out of their busy lives, this is an opportunity to practice mindfulness in a supportive way, learn more about it through their experience or even the potential benefits regular practice has to offer. A key aspect of these sessions is that it will give you a first-hand experience of a few practical mindfulness exercises, which you can start to put into practice in your everyday life straight away.
This course is run by a qualified and experienced Mindfulness Teacher and Psychotherapist. It is also a good opportunity to meet the teacher of the next 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course and ask questions before considering it. The session is free, but any voluntary contribution to help towards the room cost are welcome There is a maximum of 12 places so early booking is advised.
