Pathway Exercise Referral Scheme

The Pathway Exercise Referral Scheme is a partnership between Reading Borough Council and local leisure services in Reading. The programme is aimed at residents within the Reading borough, aged sixteen years and over.

GPs and other health professionals can refer suitable patients to leisure centres where they will receive a fitness evaluation, an individual exercise programme plus advice, and personal support through a twelve week programme to help improve their health and fitness.
