Posture, Strength and Balance class - Stable 'n' Able

Help improve your posture, balance, bone and muscle strength in a safe class environment with a fully qualified Postural Stability Instructor.  Each class lasts for one hour and all exercises can be performed seated or standing.  Functional Assessments carried out to enable the programme to be adapted to your individual needs.  

All exercises are designed to improve posture, muscle strength, balance, flexibility, bone health and confidence.

The class is aimed at adults who would like to improve their posture, strength, balance, flexibility, bone health, confidence and reduce their risk of falling.  Currently classes are running in Caversham but further classes will be opening across Berkshire soon.
