Smokefreelife Berkshire is a Free Stop Smoking Service provided by Solutions4Health and commissioned by Public Health. We offer one to one support and closed group sessionsover a 12 week period to individuals wishing to quit smoking in Reading. Our specially trained Advisors are always on hand to offer motivation and help for smokers throughout their quit journey at venues convenient for them.

We have clinics in pharmacies, GP surgeries, local shopping centres, super markets, work places, libraries, community centres and outreach clinics in your local community. Some of these clinics are out of hoursand if you are housebound through ill health then we can provide online or phone support  from the comfort of your home or work place or offer a home visit.

Giving up smoking is not easy and a busy work schedule can make it even more difficult to make time to consider taking up help to quit. Smokefreelife Berkshire can tailor support to suit the client according to their availability.

We have a diverse team of Advisors who can offer support in various languages should this be required.
