Park 60s+ Exercise and Dance to Music

We are Park 60s+, a fun, happy, supportive group of ladies and gentlemen who meet Wednesdays in term time at Park Church between 10.15 and 11.45.

We exercise, learn fun routines to keep our bodies physically fit, toned, stretched, mobilised, safe and our minds challenged and all the while having fun and plenty of laughter.

Long term friendships have been formed and networks established offering support and companionship.
