Short Breaks (links Project)

The Reading Family Link Scheme is part of Brighter Futures for Children (BFfC) support services linking disabled children and their families to volunteer families or individuals who offer a variety of short-breaks for disabled children and young people on a regular basis. This may be for a few hours, one day, a weekend or longer. Services range from befriending, day care through to overnight care in the carer’s own home. This service operates on a referral basis only.
