A class designed to strengthen your muscles and bones, improve your posture, balance and mobility. The exercises are underpinned by evidence and based on the Falls Management Exercise (FaME) programme, which has been shown to reduce falls and injuries.
Exercise in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Aimed at building confidence on your feet. Chairs are used as a support as well as a range of equipment. Led by a qualified Level 4 Instructor. All ages are welcome!
