Local Council

Reading Borough Council (RBC) can offer advice on housing issues contact the Housing Advice Service based at the Civic Offices. Register for RBC housing, information on housing associations, know your rights as a tenant, deposit guarantee scheme, information for landlords and much more, visit the RBC website for more information.

National Voluntary Organisations  

Advice is available nationally from Shelter England and the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) advice line. The National Homelessness Advice Service (NAHS) have advice on housing issues and factsheets available to the public. (This includes Homelessness, Eviction & Possession, Rent, Benefits & Money and Finding Accommodation & Tenancy Issues). Local Organisations
