Offers assistance in Science, Engineering and Technology to all schools in the county of Dorset. Provides in-school hours lectures and talks. Provides after-hours science and engineering clubs. Provides funds for assisting primary schools & visits to the science museums via the Alice Ellen Cooper-Dean Foundation and others Operates the Valter Prize Fund. Prize awards are supported by Bournemouth University and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
