Baby Massage Classes
The classes are 1hour 15minutes and run for four consecutive weeks for parents and their babies, (from six weeks to the pre-crawling stage). Each week you will learn to massage a different part of your baby whilst being guided through a step by step routine which uses a carefully balanced combination of Swedish and Indian strokes, reflexology and yoga techniques. You will be given a bottle of organic massage oil and a copy of the massage strokes learnt each week. Demonstrations, on a massage doll, will be made for you to follow on your own baby. Towards the end of each session there is time for a drink and a chance to chat to the other parents or ask me any questions. The cost of the 4 week course is £45.
