Confidential information, advice and counselling drop in centre for young people aged 11 to 25.

We are now delivering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services (previously part of the Connexions service) for Young People who have left school & are Not in Education, Employment or Training.

If you, or a young person you know, want to talk to someone about careers, work and learning, the Borough of Poole’s Young People’s Service can help at a number of locations across the Borough. Please contact us at the Quay Advice Centre or you can ring your local Youth Centre.

Monday:

• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: General Information and Advice
• 1.30pm - 6.00pm: Counselling (by appointment)
• 3.00pm - 5.00pm: Young Adults Drug and Alcohol Service Drop-In
• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: 16-19 Advice and Guidance

Tuesday:

• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: General Information and Advice
• 3.00pm - 6.00pm: Counselling (by appointment)
• 3.30pm - 6.00pm: Young People's Health Clinic and Chlamydia testing
• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: 16-19 Advice and Guidance

Wednesday:

• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: General Information and Advice
• 3.30pm - 6.00pm: Young People's Health Clinic and Chlamydia testing
• 3.00pm - 6.00pm: Counselling (by appointment)
• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: 16-19 Advice and Guidance 

Thursday:

• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: General Information and Advice
• 2.00pm - 4.00pm: Bournemouth and Poole College Course Info/Advice
• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: 16-19 Advice and Guidance
• 1.30pm - 7.00pm: Counselling (by appointment)

Friday:

• 11.00am - 12.45pm: Teenage Parents / Parents To Be Group
• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: General Information and Advice
• 1.30pm - 5.00pm: 16-19 Advice and Guidance

Saturday:

• 10.30am - 1.00pm: 16-19 Advice and Guidance

All of our services are free and appointments are not normally needed.
