Dorset Epilepsy Service

Dorset Epilepsy Service provides services for people with epilepsy over the age of 16 who have left full-time education. There are two epilepsy specialist nurses (MIchelle Knight and Aideen Tarpy) plus Dr R Page (Consultant Neorologist with an interest in epilepsy). We accept referrals from GP's and these should be made in writing directly to Dr Page at Poole Hospital NHS Trust. The telephone advice line is open to anyone who has a general question around epilepsy (tel 01202 448486) and is manned by an epilepsy specialist nurse. We can also provide details of local epliepsy support groups on request which are open to all ages.
