Routes to Roots
Routes to Roots is a local charity which works with the homeless of Poole seeking to help them get their lives back on track. We employ a full time outreach worker who works with the homeless to access help, housing and basic facilities. We also employ a support manager who works with those who have been recently housed and need support to maintain their housing, and find meaning to their lives. Simple meal and activities provided at afternoon drop ins; hot meal provided at evenign drop ins.
