Out Of Hours Team - Bournemouth, Dorset And Poole Social Services
The service provides emergency cover and access to essential Social Services outside of the normal office working hours and covers Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset. It provides direct access for members of the public; service users; their carers and all agencies. It covers the full range of Social Services including childcare, mental health, older people as well as people with learning and physical disability. Information and advice is provided, and where necessary visits are undertaken to further assess needs and provide services.
