Support and advice for anyone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness, prevention of homelessness and helping applicants understand their housing options.

Provision of accommodation for those who are assessed as homeless and in priority need. Emergency support and advice for those fleeing domestic violence and abuse including target hardening (security measures in the home). Rent deposit loan scheme to help those eligible to access private rented accommodation.

Landlord and tenant problems, advice about eviction, mortgage arrears and court proceedings. Parental eviction and joint work with CYPSC to support homeless young people age 16/17 years.

Staff have experience of working with a range of clients groups including:

  • Mental Health
  • Domestic abuse and violence
  • Drug and alcohol problems
  • Adult literacy problems
  • Gypsies and Travellers
  • Refugees and Asylum Seekers
  • HIV/Aids
  • Offenders and ex offenders
