Football Sessions @ The Junction (5-8 yrs)

5 - 8yrs. The session will be split into 2-3 groups, beginners to advanced.  Warm-up, learning footwork, balance, speed, agility and sharp passing games.  Skills games, shooting drills, goalkeeping and matchplay. Every six weeks big circuit trainer.  14 week course
