Community Outreach & Brokerage
The Family Information Service provides an outreach service offering face-to-face advice and guidance to all family members and carers in Poole. You can regularly meet your FIS Outreach and Information Worker at:
- Children's Centres
- Childcare Settings
- Family Support Groups
- Libraries
- Schools
- Community Events
- Parent Groups
If you have a difficulty in finding suitable childcare the Brokerage Team can support you on a one-to-one basis. They can meet with you to discuss your needs and speak on your behalf to Early Years Providers to support a satisfactory placement.
