Dancing is easy great exercise and just plain fun for all ages. It is also a simple way to introduce young people to many different styles of music. Dance can improve better balance and co-ordination.
Awaken the inner dramatist by taking part in theatre activities. Young People can act, direct, dance and sing for an applause ready audience. They can make props, write a play, make set designs, create a song and dance routine or take part in pantomimes.
