About the use of your information - for childminders

The information you provide on the Family Information Directory site through provider updates or by contacting the FIS team direct will be made available to members of the public to enable those looking for a childminder to contact you.  You should provide the minimum personal data consistent with this purpose.

As a childminder, information about you may be made available to the NHS and other partners. 

Your online record can be hidden at any time if you advise us.  Your details will remain on our database until we are notified by Ofsted so if you wish to stop childminding please inform Ofsted.
