2 online gentle classes:

MummyMovement: In this workshop you will learn the correct movement patterns alongside strengthening exercises that will help you prepare for labour, birth and motherhood. FRIDAYS 9:45-10:45

MummyFlow: A relaxing session, learning beneficial stretching techniques to reduce the risk of injury, improve posture, decrease back pain and improve mobility and flexibility. SUNDAYS 10-10:45am

Referral Details

All you need is a yoga style mat or towel, comfortable clothes and a drink of water. It's a very casual class- children and pets welcome!
