Newcastle Welfare Rights Service provide independent and confidential advice, information, casework and representation on benefits and tax credits for individuals from ethnic minorities. Debt advice is also provided with referral to a specialist debt unit if necessary. Urdu, Punjabi and Bengali speaking staff are available. Interpreters of other languages can be arranged. Home visits available by arrangement.
