Leaving Care Support and Unaccompanied Minors Team
The teams will continue to provide a dedicated service to looked after children over 16 years and care leavers and will have statutory responsibility for all looked after children to the age of 18, responsibility to provide support and advice to those children up to the age of 21 and to 24 for those in further education.The team will also have responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
