We want to know what you think of our website. Your feedback is important to us and will help us make improvements, so that the website is a useful resource for everyone.
Our website customer feedback service is provided by the GovMetric survey system and is also being used when customers contact us by telephone. The GovMetric survey offers you a quick and easy way to provide us with feedback. It is completely anonymous unless you choose to provide contact details.
How the GovMetric Survey works
On each page of the website you will see the Govmetric ‘smiley’ faces.
How do you rate this information / service?
By clicking on one of these faces, you can rate the information on a web page as Good, Average or Poor. A feedback box will then open up, where you’ll be asked a few short questions about why you picked that particular ‘smiley’ face. Your feedback will help us to find out what information was useful, not useful, if you couldn't find the information you were looking for, if something didn’t work, or wasn’t clear. It helps us to identify areas most in need of improvement. There is also a space for you to write your comments if you wish to do so.

What we do with your feedback
If we can make improvements through simple changes to the services4me website we will do this straightaway. However, sometimes your feedback and suggestions for may require us to do quite a bit of work before we make any necessary changes. Whenever we do make any changes as a result of your feedback, we will publish them here.
