Accommodation is provided for young people 16 – 25 through hostel provisional and longer term solutions. Support is provided to young people to sustain accommodation access education training and employment and readiness to move onto independence.
Other support services are accessed depending on the needs of the young person.
We provide accommodation for single parents in Norwich with Support provided by Orwell HA
Other outreach services are provided for families through parent support work along with youth services.
Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.
Home visits are provided by this service.

Access to accommodation services is usually between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Emergencies are dealt through out of hours process inconjunction with the Local Housing Authorities and Childrens Services.
