Middlesbrough's SEND Celebration Awards
Middlesbrough’s first SEND Celebration Awards are taking place at Middlesbrough Town Hall on 11th June 4-6pm. This event is to celebrate the achievements of young people with SEND in a variety of award categories including employment, independence, being part of the community and being healthy.
We are currently inviting people to make nominations for the awards. Nominations must be for young people with SEND (aged 14-25) who have made outstanding achievements or overcome significant barriers in the last year.
You can make a nomination using the awards nomination form (attached). More information and details about the nomination process are included on the form.
All nominees will be invited to the awards ceremony with two guests of their choice.
Nominations should be returned to sen@middlesbrough.gov.uk - DEADLINE 1st May 2019
