Venue Photographic Club

We are a small and friendly club, of about 25 members. Among our members we have a wide range of abilities and interests, who are always willing to help each other master new techniques. The clubhouse is located at Venue 360 in Gipsy Lane, Luton.

Activities

• Regular competitions, from Autumn to Spring. While these are informal in style, they are still keenly fought. In addition we place club entries in regional and national competitions.
• Technique instruction nights, where we cover lighting, metering, photo editing, mounting and so on. These are often followed by a photoshoot arranged to practice the material just explained.
• Frequent portrait sessions with local models.
• Evenings out, to local sites of interest. These are usually arranged during the Summer months, for obvious reasons.
