My name is Caroline Baker, I have been working with children since the age of 14, which is when I started work experience.
I pursued a 2 year nursery nurse course, which lead to an NNEB qualification. I left college and worked as a supply nursery nurse. I have worked in a day nursery and became deputy manager. I have been childminding since 1993.
I aim to provide a homely, loving, caring and stimulating family setting for all the children in my care. I provide a fun learning environment, helping them to develop and learn.
We go out to different groups e.g. tots groups, mini-nastics and I also meet up with other childminders in the area.
