Living at Rose Court

Rose Court has a robust activity programme that was devised with individuals and offers a range of activities that are all community based. A typical weeks programme would include electronic learning, dance classes, employment, swimming, bowling, cinema trips, visits to others towns and villages, floral arranging as well as cookery.

The location of Rose Court is just outside the main town centre but can be easily reached by the local bus within 10 minutes. We are also very close to the train station making it easy to have days out in London. We are 15 minutes away from London Luton airport. In the immediate area we have newsagents, a pub, a medical centre and a community centre.

Our facilities

Rose Court has a large landscaped garden, this is well used in the summer months as we love to have barbecue parties.

The individuals at Rose Court are given the opportunity to choose the colours they would like in their bedrooms. All bedrooms on the ground floor have en-suite facilities and also share a wet room/bathroom. The other bedrooms are en-suite and have shower facilities.

We have two lounges and two kitchens; individuals at the home are encouraged to prepare what meals they can for themselves and staff are always on hand to offer support if required. Where appropriate, individuals are also encouraged to take care of their own laundry in our two laundry rooms.

Rose Court has a car that can be used for day trips and travel to and from social events as needed.
