Grantham and District Portage Service

Portage is an educational home visiting service for pre-school children with additional needs. These may include learning difficulties, developmental delay, physical difficulties and autism.
The Grantham team consist of a Co-ordinator and a Home Visitor, who both visit the home and work on a 1:1 basis with the family.
We also hold a stay and play session for Portage families and this gives them a chance to share ideas whilst allowing the children to socialize and explore and learn through play.
