Keyworker
Description:The term Keyworker is sometimes used to describe the member of staff in a Children's Home who has special responsibility for an individual child. This role may also be described as the 'Linkworker'. The term Keyworker is also used to describe the social worker (qualified and experienced) responsible for a child who is subject to a multi-agency Child Protection Plan.
KPI
