Play Association Hammersmith & Fulham

Play Association Hammersmith and Fulham is a London wide children’s charity that works with children and young people aged 8 – 18+ who come from local communities, disadvantaged backgrounds and/or have complex needs.

They run play services in the greater London area in partnership with local authorities and they offer services to tenant’s and resident’s associations during the school holidays and afterschool to promote inclusion, improve play in estates and communities and enhance their local offer.

PAHF was founded in 2003 by a group of local people who recognised the need to support and create high-quality accessible play opportunities for children and young people living in the borough. Starting off with a small playground and a shed full of toys, the organisation became a registered charity and company limited by guarantee in 2005. Since then they have  grown to be a medium sized charity and are still expanding.
