Parentsactive survey for both parents/carers 0-25 during COVID-19

Parentsactive is collating a survey to help understand the difficulties you are experiencing as parents with the current pandemic situation. They aim to feed the responses back to Hammersmith & Fulham council so all services can support you better. As we are all working remotely, your feedback and experiences are valued.
