Safer London Mentoring
Our mentoring programme matches young people who have been affected by gangs, or are at risk of offending, with volunteers who want to help them reach their full potential.
Safer London’s mentoring is one of a kind. We spend a lot of time making sure our young people are matched with the right volunteer – with similar interests, and skills that can help them. We also support our volunteers every step of the way. Our volunteers are trained, supported, and supervised.
This is a project for young people who face behavioural problems in school, or who are younger siblings of offenders, or involved in antisocial behaviour and offending who would like to change their behaviour. This is for young people willing to engage but face significant barriers in taking a safe path or making a positive change.
