Online Pregnancy and Postnatal Classes- by Joyful- Bouncetheatre. A new project aiming to support pregnant and postnatal women during lockdown. With two online classes a week, there is time dedicated to your emotional health and physical well-being. Classes are free to participate in thanks to funding from Sports England. Women are welcome to join at any stage, but must email email@example.com so we can correctly tailor the classes to their individual needs.
