Age UK runs a number of Day Centres around the county. Each Day Care Centre offers good company, a nourishing meal, varied activities and entertainment, providing an enjoyable day out. They aim to provide a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere for those attending. You are welcome to bring in your favourite activities. Open Tuesdays and Thursdays, this day centre in the St. Paul's area of Cheltenham is funded by Social Services and provides social day care for the elderly. There are also ten private places available - please enquire for cost. Clients enjoy activities and social interaction along with tea and coffee and a hot meal. Art and craft activities are offered. Mental exercise as well as gentle physical exercise is also on the agenda, supported by experienced and motivated staff.
