Lechlade Medical Centre

Provider: NHS

Our doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

The extension to the Surgery building was completed in 1997 and has provided space and equipment to continue developing services at least during the next decade. We aim to provide the most up-to-date services needed in a rural community and ideas on improving these are always welcome.

The practice uploads details to the Summary Care Records (SCR) for the benefit of patients using out-of-hours services, A&E, etc. (see related link for more information)
