Registering as user of the Glosfamilies Directory website will enable you to manage your own record/s on the website whenever it is convenient for you, and keep your information up to date. You will also be able to access confidential or sensitive information that is hidden from public view.
You will need to be logged in to the email address that you are registering as you will receive an email containing a verification link. Please click on this link to verify your account, you will not be able to sign in until you have done this. The link will take you to the sign in page for your account where you can do so straight away using your chosen email address and password.
If you are unsure what your password is, go to the Sign In page in the top right hand corner of the home page, and then click on 'Forgotten your password?' for a new one to be sent to you. You may then change it to something memorable through My Account.
As a practitioner, you may also request access to useful information that is hidden from public view. This could be contact details for specific people, referral forms or other details that may be helpful. To request access, please sign in, then click on My Account > Dashboard > Practitioners and follow the link on the screen. Permission will be granted within 1 working day for people with an official email address e.g. childcare providers, NHS, police, County Council.
