Based at the Ealing Green College, Hammersmith and Fulham College and Southall Community College campuses , the Inclusive Learning Department offers a wide range of high quality courses for students with a variety of needs and aspirations, including specialist programmes for students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Our students learn by gaining hands-on experience and develop skills that can be used to progress through life. We encourage participation in everyday situations to give our students the confidence to make the most of opportunities as they transition into adulthood and to independent living and the world of work.
We offer personalised programmes, providing a more tailored course for each student. It begins with an in- depth understanding and assessment of each student, and provides relevant opportunities that support them as they progress to their next level. The staff team have considerable experience and are able to support positive outcomes for all students.
Within Inclusive Learning we work with external partners and participate in regular staff development and training sessions to ensure that our strategies are informed by best practice in the sector. We believe that every individual should be supported to achieve their goals and their learning should be centred around individual needs, promoting high aspirations and progression.
