I am educated to degree level with a BA in Care, Education and Childhood Studies.

All children in her care are seen as individuals all with their own individual needs, on starting care plans and individual needs will be discussed with parents/carers.

Observations and termly assessments are used to plan activities around the children's individual interests and developmental needs.

Local amenities and groups are used, and the childminder is fully trained in first aid, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and baby sign language.

All provision is on the ground floor. Access to house is up small stairs both front and back. Childminding is situated in the rear of the house with access to back garden and downstairs toilet and nappy changing area.

The childminder carries out termly assessments and produces learning journals that can be passed on to schools and nurseries. The childminder also communicates and works alongside local nurseries and other services that children in her care may access.
