Cockfield Primary School

We offer ‘30 hours childcare for working parents’.

We are a small, friendly family-orientated school with a team of hardworking, caring staff for children aged 3 to 11 years.

Families and our community are at the heart of all we do and all staff and Governors at Cockfield are committed to providing the best possible education.

We are a happy school where alongside the requirements of the National Curriculum, we provide many other experiences and opportunities for the children to broaden their horizons.

Our aim is to help children become good people who achieve great things and leave us with a life-long love of learning.

We welcome everyone into our school, we value diversity and we promote an understanding that everyone is equally important and special.

SEND Local Offer

How do you identify Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?

How does the setting/school/college know if children/young people need extra help and what should I do if I think my child/young person may have special educational needs?

Through assessment of children we identify their needs. Parents can contact the school to speak to the SENCO if they are concerned.
