Through parent information obtained and any other medical professionals involved with the little one, the nursery will make a care plan to accommodate and support the child's needs.

Setting accessible via a lift. Once in Nursery it is all accessible on one level.

During transition, the nursery offers visits to new setting which could be accompanied by their key worker. Photo books remind the child of where they are going so they can be familiar to the child.
