I have experience with Autism and learning difficulties and have completed training in SEND, communication and managing behaviours. I aim to work collaboratively with children, families and other professionals. I would be happy to undertake any further training in order to meet the individual needs of children.

With support from parents and carers, continuous observations, tracking and assessment is used to identify and plan for childrens individual needs.

Through observation and assessment, all children have termly individual learning plans tailored to their current developmental needs.

I have completed a council SEND training session, training around communication, 'Making Sense of Autism' and Level 3 managing behaviour.

Unfortunately the property is not wheelchair accesible due to steps to front and back of property and an upstairs bathroom.

I have a transition file which I share with families including stories and suggestions for activities to support transitions.
I work closely with families and local settings and would be happy to accompany children on visits and where possible comply with suggestions or requests from families and their next establishment.
