How does the early year's provision identify and assess children with special educational needs and disabilities?

How does the early year's provision identify and assess children with special educational needs and disabilities?

On admission, your child will be allocated a Key Person. The Key Person is responsible for doing observations and assessments on their individual children and reporting any concerns in relation to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to the LEAD SENCo. The Lead SENCO will then carry out her own observations and liaise with parents to decide the next steps.
