On My Mind
On My Mind website aims to empower young people to make informed choices about their mental health support they want, the treatments they receive and the outcomes they desire.
Co-produced with young people for other young people up to 25, the site includes the Youth Wellbeing Directory which will help you locate free mental health support in your area. It also includes a jargon buster, tips on helping someone else and lots of short videos answering some questions you may have about your mental health and the support you may receive.
