Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust - Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
If you have concerns about any of the services either you or your relative are receiving from Tees, Esk and Wear Valley's NHS Foundation Trust, our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) staff will listen and discuss options with you.
We aim to:
- advise and support patients, their families and carers
- signpost, providing information on NHS services and support available from
- other agencies
- listen to your compliments, comments, concerns and complaints
- help sort out problems on your behalf
We act independently when handling patient and family concerns, to find solutions as soon as possible.
