Durhams Haven
We are a support group that meets weekly to give support and advice to anyone living with, or care for someone living with an autoimmune disorder, such as:
- Fibromyalgia
- Lupus
- M.E.
- M.S.
- Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
- Arthritis and many more disorders
We organise a range of activities, including:
- Days out
- Chat and natter suport
- Craft sessions
We are a welcome and friendly group who all support each other and new members are welcome. Refreshments are available. we offer support through discussion and activities. We also work alongside FMA UK (Fibromyalgia Action UK).
We have received grants from Durhams Area Action Partnership and County Durham Community Foundation Trust which has gone a long way to getting this group where it is today.

We have a session of discussion and support followed by crafting for all.
We also have taster sessions of Thai Chi, Reiki etc
We do chair exercise and pain management
